Some further information. I tried the same server with a different client using an Intel Pro/1000 rather than Broadcom NIC. Both with the same undi.zpxe. The Intel client ran to completion, downloading the whole kernel file (last block 27675). Below is the trace information around the only ARP exchanges during the download of the kernel file. I will try to check if there is a more recent version of the BIOS firmware for the Broadcom NIC.
