Good day Joseph, I have used Michael's sanbootconf in Windows Server 2003 all the time without removing anything MS. I like it quite a bit. Just be sure to run it after any NIC installations. So far the only thing that's given me trouble is NIC teaming, for obvious reasons. You may or may not be interested in http://etherboot.org/wiki/appnotes/port_winnt_sanboot, where I describe a bit about how each NIC in Windows has particular registry keys associated with it.
