Good day Joseph,

I have used Michael's sanbootconf in Windows Server 2003 all the time
without removing anything MS. I like it quite a bit. Just be sure to
run it after any NIC installations.

So far the only thing that's given me trouble is NIC teaming, for
obvious reasons.

You may or may not be interested in
http://etherboot.org/wiki/appnotes/port_winnt_sanboot, where I describe
a bit about how each NIC in Windows has particular registry keys
associated with it.

If you continue to have trouble, you could also try the Freenode IRC
channel #etherboot-win.
