LynxOS 4.2 x86 KDI Support

Hi,

Am using Etherboot 5.4.4 to attempt to boot a LynxOS KDI image (built with AOUT_LYNX_KDI defined).
It downloads fine but won't load. I have enabled debugging in osloader.c and get:

segment [98001020,980ADAC8) does not fit in any memory region

<abort>

Looks like an address mapping problem. Anyone had any experience with doing this?
