Was the Windows computer the same machine gPXE failed on? Was it also connected to the same network(i.e. did it get the IP from the same DHCP server) Comparing the IPs gPXE is using with the DHCP config file doesn't show anything obviously wrong. How did you fetch pxelinux.0 with the windows client? tftp 10.11.12.1 tftp> get pxelinux.0 ? If that worked, perhaps it works after you fetch pxelinux.0 in windows XP, reboot and try again with gPXE.
