Complete boot from a http server?

Hello,

is it possible to boot a system complete from a http server?

My first try with gPXE ends with problem, that the 
"pxelinux.cfg/default" is not loaded form the http server. :-[    The 
file pxelinux.0 loads without any problem from the server.

Can you give me a hint to my problem or short  "manuel"?

I am not able to change any configuration of the dhcp server. (Sorry)
