How can I use losetup (on Linux) to mount bin/gpxe.dsk? I think my
main problem is the required offset in:
losetup /dev/loop0 bin/gpxe.dsk -o OFFSET
file gives:
$ file bin/gpxe.dsk
bin/gpxe.dsk: x86 boot sector; partition 1: ID=0x12, starthead 0,
startsector 1768186223, 1377855342 sectors, code offset 0x5
