Well, The machine also gets reset with hermon driver, hermon driver also consume ~20MB. Anyway, gPXE did not report on fail when allocating memory via umalloc with Stefan patch. Umalloc succeed and when the driver try to use part of the allocated memory region the machine gets reset. After digging some more, I found out that one of the addresses the driver will try to use after allocating via umalloc, is 0x0000000, which probably frobidden.
