Yeah, either that or it blocks all connections first, then goes and
tries to read a list off the disk of what it can accept _later_. :)

Yeah, I'm not much of a Windows expert either.  I think I'll just turn
the firewall off. :) I did add a note in the wiki in case somebody else
runs into this.
