The decryption error is probably gPXE trying to handle a packet that wasn't destined for it; such things are fairly normal on wireless. I have committed both changes I suggested to you (relaxing the spectrum management check and enabling WPA2) and they are in the staging branch oremanj-4-wireless; see http://etherboot.org/wiki/staging for info. When the code is merged (which will hopefully be very soon), situations like yours will work out-of-the-box.
