 - elua_proto
   - add doComments
   - fix an error in DissectorTable_remove
   - reorganize DissectorTable_try

    squelch some warnings
 
 - Makefile.nmake
   - replace the $^ macro with the targets (i.e. do what nmake was supposed to do)
   - move the doc target into the conditional part
