problem in building ethereal on windows

hi, I m trying to build ethereal on Windows XP, using VC++. I don't have Visual Studio rather i am using VC++ 6 Service Pack 3. The problem is that VC++ is automatically gets installed into Apps_32 folder whereas Ethereal expects it in Program Files folder. I m unable to change path in windows script file.
