problem : building ethereal on windows

Hi,

Till nmake -f Makefile.nmake setup installation is goinf fine.

after that : 
when i do nmake -f Makefile.nmake 
it gives an error

while in lemon directory & trying to compile lemon.c
fatel error C1034 : No Include Path set

I gave cl -I <path> then it complied then it prompted with an error

fatel error LNK1104 : cannot open file LIBC.Lib.

Kindly let me know if u know the solution.
