build problem : vc++

Hi,

I am decoding gprs message using dec trace. i am working on linux right now. 

I am trying to build ethereal on window xp with vc++ 6. 

Till nmake -f Makefile.nmake setup installation is going fine. 

after that : 
when i do nmake -f Makefile.nmake 
it gives an error

while in lemon directory & trying to compile lemon.c
fatel error C1034 : No Include Path set

I gave cl -I <path> then it complied then it prompted with an error

fatel error LNK1104 : cannot open file LIBC.Lib.

then i gave /link <path> then it is giving error 
can not find Microsoft.obj 

Kindly let me know if u know the solution.
