You do mean:
'udp port 8080 || tcp port 8080' ? which should show port 8080 [http
packets?]

Subject: [Ethereal-users] Socket interface?

Hi All,

Is there a way in Ethereal, through which it can connect to some tcp/udp
server socket and receive (and display) the data from that socket as
packets, instead of from some interface?

Sorry for my bad English, but if you have any query then I would be
pleased to elaborate on it. I found something similar at
http://www.ethereal.com/lists/ethereal-dev/200507/msg00014.html but
could not find the end result of that conversation and also some easy
way to use that patch in windows.

Thanks,
Touseef
