RE: 0.99 ESP protocol preferences

Hi,

Haven't done it myself, so I may be blowing bubbles here but this is what
I would look at: The configure script has this option
  --with-libgnutls-prefix=PFX   Prefix where libgnutls is installed (optional)
So give that on the configure step, make it and see what gives.
