are mixed - some report cards working on XP, some don't.

(Note that some people who submitted items there appear not to 
understand what WinPcap is - WinPcap is libpcap ported to Windows; if 
you're on a UN*X system such as a Linux distribution, you're using 
libpcap, not WinPcap, so if you're reporting "Suse" as your OS, you're 
not reporting on whether an adapter works with WinPcap.  Ignore any 
entry that doesn't explicitly give the OS as Windows.)
