Some of these connection have different speed in different direction so the byte count is important to the speed. I have exported the summary traces to excel and used a simple check on address to tag packets as Uplink or Downlink, but I am having to manually enter the physical byte count by reading it from the ethereal packet details window. Is there anyway I can add byte count to the packet list window so I can include that in the export. FYI, what I am trying to do with this is to build a model to identify the up and down throughput limited performance for a number of typical transfers and then compare with some actual performances to see what is causing our unexpected delays. I would really appreciate your help. Thanks David _______________________________________________ Ethereal-users mailing list [email protected] http://www.ethereal.com/mailman/listinfo/ethereal-users
