calculate video bandwidth + fragmentation

Hi,

I want to calculate the video bandwidth of my application. I also want to
calculate if there is any fragmented packets. 

I m using the following filter:

 

Ip.addr == 10.207.160.111 && udp.port==12345

 

Am I doing correctly?
