Gaaaahhh. It's been...weeks! Should have done this ages ago.

Terribly sorry. Check 'em out in subversion, trunk and bleeding, under 
ebme/midlet and ebme/server, respectively.

Note that the server is for both HTTP and TCP transports - apologies for 
that. TCP was, um, somewhat retrofitted :^)
Feel free to rip up, change, refactor if necessary. Lob patches my way, 
and I shall be all the more grateful.
