CORTEX accounts complaining

Hey there,
	I logged on this evening to check the cortex AIM accounts (and to stop 
them timing out, as I believe they do), and got an error about having 
signed on an off too frequently, and telling me to wait 10 minutes. Has 
someone else been running these tests, or has some random got the 
username/password and started messing around with it?
