So,

I have two express complaints about the alpha 11 release.

Firstly, I had to basically re-run autogen to get the core
to build. It tried to re-run automake-1.4 to presumably
re-create one of the Makefiles at some point, and failed,
because I have automake-1.4 symlinked to automake-1.8 on
my system. This is a problem. Why is maintainer-mode even
enabled in the tarball?

Secondly, I noticed that ebqt likes to spew to the console.
One of the things I noticed it spewing, was my password, in
plain text. This sucks. I found the option in ebqt.h to change
and quickly did so. However, no I get no debug spew at all,
but at least it isn't spewing plain text passwords all over the
place.

Anyway, Yahoo seems to work, so that is a good thing. And, I don't
like the ebqt UI at all. It is way too big for my resolution, and
doesn't seem to be user-friendly in the least. These two things have
inspired me to start hacking on a gtk2 UI again. I should have a
working wrapper lib around eb-lite soon, so I can actually work on
the UI bits.

Thanks.
