Paulus, I'm that user, or at least one user who has tried to get EBME working on a T610. I got the sources and started debugging, but never got anywhere. The problem is either in the phone's J2ME, related to received data handling, or in the phone company WAP gateway. I was debugging at the phone and at the EB WAP gateway (I forget what it's called: the program that does WML over HTTP to the phone, and talks to the EB server). Incoming data from the phone always arrives quickly and intact at the EB WAP gateway. But outbound data to the phone has a problem. The first transaction works fine actually, until the buddy download that makes things barf. Perhaps the T610 is too particular about the WML formatting? Actually, I gave up over six months ago, so I don't remembre details. -- Dave Brown Paulus wrote: > Hi, > > I read in the archive of the mailinglist that there was once a user > who complained about EBME not working on the t610 mobile phone and I > was wondering if that issue was ever fixed? :) I really like EB-lite / > EBQT (great job! :) and would like to use it on my mobile phone too. > > Greetings, > > Paulus > _______________________________________________ > Everybuddy mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.spine.cx/listinfo/everybuddy
