Win32 EB update

Hi,

I have fixed a few things in the EB source for Win32 and others...

	1) Restore Conversation will work now even if you
	do not specify strip html.

	2) Cut-n-paste will no longer affect the placement of
	text into the chat window.

These fixes are in the CVS tree currently and not in a built 
version of EB, that will happen later.

Please let me know of any other Win32 issues.
