I'm not sure where to get that specific file, you could try a few
queries on www.rpmfind.net. However, the version you have is a little
old and you'd be better getting a CVS RPM. I'm using EveryBuddy 0.4.3
CVS 20021222 on my laptop (which runs RedHat Linux 8.0) and so far, I've
found that relatively stable.

The version I have can be downloaded at the following address:
http://db.ilug-bom.org.in/Applications/everybuddy/RPMS/i386/everybuddy-0.4.3cvs-20021222.i386.rpm

libstdc++ (the version I run) can also be found here:
ftp://ftp.rpmfind.net/linux/redhat/8.0/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/libstdc++-3.2-7.i386.rpm
