unable to connect to CVS server

Greetings all, Been using eb 0.4.3 for a while, thought I'd check out the latest CVS and only got this far: $ cvs -z3 -d ':pserver:[email protected]:/var/lib/cvs' co everybuddy cvs [checkout aborted]: connect to cvs.everybuddy.com(62.31.66.17):2401 failed: Connection refused Is this a known issue?
