Bug in Eblite?

Try the next thing...
1) run eb-lite in a terminal window
2) run ebqt in a terminal window
3) close the eb-lite window, the ebqt will respond that the connection to the 
server is closed
4) it is now impossible to connect to the server, until you have closed both 
terminal windows and then restart everything again

Is it a bug?
