Re: EB-lite feature requests

Sometime Today, Meredydd Luff assembled some asciibets to say:

I don't think this should happen.  If someone I don't know messages me, 
I don't want him added to my buddy list.  This is especially true with 
yahoo where you have a limit of 100 buddies.  I should be allowed to 
send and receive messages to/from people not in my contact list.

People explicitly blocked would not be able to send me messages, but I 
should still be able to message them >:)
