In ebqt, simply drag an account from one contact to another. Likewise, you 
can drag and drop contacts between groups. If you move a contact into a group 
which contains another contact of the same name, they get merged.

(FYGI the UI commands concerned are "move_account" and "move_contact" - fancy 
stuff like merging and auto-deletion of contacts is handled by the core, and 
the UI is informed with a string of standard "move_account" and/or 
"delete_contact" commands)
