Sorry about this - I was away when this was received, and no-one else 
fielded it for me. This question will have resolved itself for you by now, 
but I want it on the archives for searchers!




This happens when a TCP server socket isn't closed cleanly (segfaults and 
Ctrl+C of the core while a UI is still connected will do this). After a 
couple of minutes, the socket will disappear, and you can run the core 
again, listening on that port. Alternatively, you could tell the core to 
listen on a different port (the default is 18234). This is done by, for 
example:


path/to/eb-lite -p 18235

--help.
