Win32 Cygwin Binary

Hi,
	I've just managed to get the EB-Lite to compile on my machine under
Cygwin (I was getting tired of Trillian) and so far, when I execute the
core, I get the following:

$ eb-lite
Could not load registry: No such file or directory
Could not open module /usr/share/eb-lite/plugins/msn.la (dlopen: Win32
error 126
)
Could not open module /usr/share/eb-lite/plugins/irc.la (dlopen: Win32
error 126
)
Could not open module /usr/share/eb-lite/plugins/toc.la (dlopen: Win32

	I'm not sure if the above messages are serious, but I'll ignore them
until I get a UI running.

	Is there a native Win32 GUI floating about (I recall hearing that
someone was working on one) or will I have to compile Qt under Cygwin
(and perhaps use XFree86/Cygwin) to get it running?

	I'm willing to distribute a binary tarball once I get this sucker going.
