I don't know the precise code for this, but we've got plenty of books on JavaScript here, so I can have a look. I believe all the frames are referred to in a Frames object, and one of the methods can load a URL. Failing that, I'm doing Java programming as part of my course for university, so I could have a look in some of the stuff I'm doing for that and see what I can use. We could load a java applet to poll the server on a regular basis. Java should certainly have the ability. Also, there's Flash, that might have the power, but that's an iffy statement, it would be more of a possibility if EB-Lite used XML for its client/server communication.
