Hi,
I was tinkering with Visual Basic 5 tonight, and once I figure out some
problems with the protocol, all should be set for a Win32 client. I'm
doing this to gain an understanding about how it all works, so I can
write a user interface for Syllable (http://syllable.sf.net/).

At the moment, I've got a problem with it reading the data before a
complete command has arrived, I might be able to get around this using
an internal buffer. I'll keep tinkering and let you know.

As far as my attempt at Cygwin Everybuddy, no go, none of the services
work, even if I compile using --with-static. I'll try again, it might
have been some stale files causing havoc, but we'll see. (I connected
using a remote UI on Linux).

Anyway, that's where I'm at.
