Alpha preparation

OK, here we go, preparing for alpha-9. We don't have any changes in ebqt, but 
the core and eb-cmd are dripping with them. People following the bleeding 
tree will notice that I've been promoting new features to there on a fairly 
regular basis. Please do follow this tree again - I've got the hang of the 
branch-management stuff, so promotions *will* occur the moment I get new 
features usable. 

For those without Subversion, I have once again started a Nightly Tarballs 
section to the website - http://www.everybuddy.com/eb-lite/nightlies/
These tarballs also follow the bleeding tree, and so should be usable, if not 
entirely stable, at all times.

As for the software itself, we're currently sporting:

*	Re-usable away messages
*	Away message time substitution (%t -> current time, useful for foreign 
buddies)
*	Rainbow text (it's back!)
*	Correct foreign character handling on AIM
*	A couple of segfault fixes, primarily in Yahoo
*	A Yahoo module which actually respects message filters (will work with 
autotrans and rainbow now)
*	Too many eb-cmd fixes to mention
