The "Add" thing is known - change to the contacts tab first, and hit the button again. You can still add local accounts from that dialog, it's just a silly little quirk of ebqt. I'm sorry about these problems with ebqt, but I can't really help much. In a couple of weeks, Chris will have finished his exams. He'd be the best person to talk to.
