ChocoBuddy getting cooler by the day

Attention OS X users! Check out the latest snapshot .dmg from the ChocoBuddy 
page on the eb-lite website. It now supports away messages, preferences, and 
adding contacts and local accounts, as well as numerous small improvements.

All that now remains before we go to an official alpha is to add remove 
capabilities. It will already understand what's going off if another 
simultaneousl-connected UI removes contacts or local accounts, so this 
shouldn't be too hard. Expect an alpha soon...
