MSN Protocol Change

Heise, a german News-Site and owner of the biggest german computer magazine has
a short info, that the protocol change is part of Microsofts strategy to allow
access to the MSN net only for licenced clients.
They say that especially commercial clients (like Trillian Pro or Imici)
connecting MSN and other nets shall pay for it in the future.
