eb-lite install

Can anyone give me a recommendation for the ideal OS to run eb-lite?  I
have a k6-450 with 64MB that has been running FreeBSD, but I'm willing
to do whatever to run eb-lite since it has become this server's main
concern, and I haven't been able to get it working.

What I'd really like is for someone to help me along the install, since
it seems everytime I get a few little errors that anyone with
experience easily knows how to fix, but I always get lost.  I'm usually
on AIM and Y! as superguh, except when my computer goes to sleep.

If someone willing to help a rookie will give me a time they'd be
available, I'd do my best to get online then, even though I'm in CST.
