WARNING - upgrade ebqt

Just a heads-up, should have mentioned this a while ago, but shortly 
after alpha-10, I changed part of the GUIcomms protocol. Specifically, 
the held_message command now specifies the contact as well as the buddy 
account concerned, for the benefit of "dumb" UIs such as eb-cmd 
(updated to support this in trunk, coming to bleeding RSN). 
Unfortunately, this breaks older versions of ebqt - they stop being 
able to understand held messages.

The upshot: IF YOU HAVE A CORE MORE RECENT THAN ALPHA-10, YOU *MUST* 
UPGRADE YOUR EBQT TOO.
