The gcc flag problem appears to be a warning, so it's fine, for now. The yahoo plugin won't compile, there are definitely conflicting signatures for some of the methods. I have fixed this locally by updating the code to use the new 0.7.3 libyahoo2. I had to make a couple of changes which aren't tested yet, but it builds now, which makes me a lot happier... I am got gui_comms.c to compile, it has a bunch of errors: gui_comms.c: In function `eb_gui_connected': gui_comms.c:212: structure has no member named `msg_capable' gui_comms.c: In function `eb_gui_incoming_command': gui_comms.c:472: structure has no member named `msg_capable' gui_comms.c: In function `eb_lose_gui': gui_comms.c:539: structure has no member named `msg_capable' gui_comms.c: In function `eb_gui_list_contacts': gui_comms.c:849: warning: implicit declaration of function `eb_gui_buddy_update_status' gui_comms.c: At top level: gui_comms.c:1069: warning: type mismatch with previous implicit declaration gui_comms.c:1065: warning: previous implicit declaration of `eb_gui_buddy_update_status' gui_comms.c:1069: warning: `eb_gui_buddy_update_status' was previously implicitly declared to return `int' I added the msg_capable field to the eb_gui struct (as an int), and changed the eb_gui_buddy_update prototype on line 151 to eb_gui_buddy_update_status, and that cleaned up it's compile. Then, util.c fails compilation: util.c: In function `eb_add_contact': util.c:266: structure has no member named `attribs' util.c: In function `eb_hold_messages': util.c:643: warning: implicit declaration of function `eb_gui_get_held_messages' I added the missing prototype, and removed the offending reference to attribs to clean that file up. After that, it builds. I haven't dared run it, yet :-) -- Craig West Ph: (416) 666-1645 | It's not a bug, [email protected] | It's a feature...
