	I'm guessing, from the fact that it runs IIS, that your machine runs 
Windows. Stuart is right to call the Windows support experimental - if 
I remember rightly, Edward has recently coaxed it into working with 
most things,  but MSN is still giving troubles. If you have a UNIX 
machine, I'd *really* recommend using that.

	In fact, if you don't have a UNIX machine on which to run ebqt (doesn't 
work on Windows, a commercial license to compile it would cost several 
thousand dollars), you're unlikely to be able to use EB-lite at all 
properly. On the other hand, if you *do* have a UNIX client machine on 
which to run ebqt, but no UNIX server to run it on, you might want to 
look into the hosted core program (as opposed to what you seem to be 
talking about, which is just running a core on your own machine). The 
idea with a hosted core is that we (well, me, but on Rob's server :^) ) 
would run an EB core for you, and make it accessible to anyone over the 
internet. Not only could you use ebqt from wherever you are, but after 
some initial setup, you could use RBMessenger (RoadBuddy - mobile phone 
interface) and WebBuddy (HTML) too :^)
