Alpha-11 imminent

All right, ladies and gentlemen, this is it. Alpha-11 is coming out 
within the next few days, so if there is anything in there that you 
don't want to see going into a release in its current state, or 
something really cool you want to get in there but haven't yet, please 
tell me now!

Among the delights fast approaching are much-improved IRC and Yahoo 
support and a rapidly-improving ncurses client (check the ebnc/ 
directory). We are also, cue fanfare, quite possibly releasing Windows 
binaries for both the core and ebqt in this release. More news as it 
breaks.
