All right, nearly there now...I'm just going to try to list the things
that must be done before we release. For those who haven't heard,
there's a hard deadline - alpha-11 MUST be released (or at least
finalised in the source tree) before Sunday afternoon, as I have to go
back to school. This leaves us little over two days. With that in mind:

(*)	That plugin directory move thing needs dealing with
(*)	The core needs to build from clean, both statically and dynamically

Things that I'd really like to get done, but could just about survive
being dealt with after Sunday:

(*)	EbQt needs relicensing to permit linking with the Win32 libs
(*)	We need Win32 binaries, both core (Edward) and ebqt (Scott)
(*)	We really ought to have some Linux binaries (RPM? DEB?)

Things that, unfortunately, don't look like they'll make it this side of
alpha-11 unless someone really puts a lot of work in:

(*)	Chat logs in core - I know, I promised, I'm sorry.
(*)	Optional phone-home functionality

Does anyone else have anything they think ought to be on these lists?
