Can we get the core and ebqt (and whatever else needs it), distchecking
properly, with sane versions (0.11.0 vs. alpha-11), and make them
available separately also?

I'll try to grab the core out of svn and see if there is anything else
that would be nice to do. I won't have time today to do that though, I
think.
