Mobiles - yes, again

Hello again,

	Yes, it's that time again. Meredydd has written yet another mobile 
interface to eb-lite. Again. And he thinks it's the bees knees. Again.

So. Why should you get excited about this? Well, I think I've cracked 
it. Good and proper. I've been having reliable conversations, with 
tolerably low latency, for *obscenely* little amounts of money. I'm 
talking a penny for a five-minute session here.

The key? This time, I've optimised the hell out of the transport layer. 
Not only does it make really quite efficient use of the lowest common 
denominator (HTTP), it works over TCP too, which REALLY cuts down on 
things.
