Сделано (и CAB перевыложен). Вообще там пошла фиксация билда перед релизом, 
надо бы погонять эту штуку.

- new feature: group names shortening in the folders list;
- two options were added to the tray menu: Send/Recv & Sync All;
- new feature: if FL starts in minimized mode and the tray icon  is
enabled, FL hides automatically.
- bugfix: a carriage return was added to any template header value;
- bugfix: message parts are sorted incorrectly in the Combine &
Decode dialog.
