Посмотри, pls, куда у тебя указывает переменная окружения 
"CommonProgramFiles".

Впрочем, возможно, что и в third-party утилите, прописывающей реестр, 
захаркодено C:\Program Files\...  Надо смотреть реестр.

Попробуй сделать такой эксперимент - распакуй архив на диск C: в C:\Program 
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof.
