why I can not see your x-face picture ?

Hello all !

I had chose to show x-face on the right. And surely I can see my own x-face
in this group. But I can not see other guys' x-face. As showing in the
attached screen-snap, you can find that on the place where the x-face should
appear there is only a red cross !

help me. Thanks.
