I understood that, but right now there's no such ability. In fact I doubt 
that it's required, cause, as I said, Skipper allows you do obtain any part 
of the quoted text without breaking the quoting. Another newsreads can't 
reformat quoting, that's why they need this feature.

One quoting mark is available only in the preview mode. OE HTML editor (aka 
Trident) isn't so powerful to allow this during editing, so all quoted lines 
are displayed as is, with a quoting on each line.
