gmane.network.fidolook is NOT a newsgroup. It's a usual mailing list, mapped 
to the NNTP protocol using the GMANE service. You should contact GMane 
admins if you want to create your own mapping.

If you wanna create a "group" at GMane, you need to send a e-mail to the 
special e-mail address, not via the NNTP protocol. Otherwise you should 
concretize your task.
