Ok, here's the answer: there's a hidden parameter in registry,
"HKCU\Identities\{}\Software\NoApp\FTNStub\DEFAULT_FTN_CP" DWORD,
it's being set to 866 by default. You can change it to 437, and all will
be Ok.
